Open Positions
LPN, Full-Time:
Responsible for daily assessments of residents, med pass, treatments, and providing guidance and direction to staff. Will provide support and feedback to residents and family members as well as work closely with physicians, pharmacy and Director of Nursing. This is a full-time (32 hrs.) position scheduled (3) days on Day Shift and (1) Day on PM shift including every other weekend.
LPN, In-House Registry:
Responsible for daily assessments of residents, med pass, treatments, and providing guidance and direction to staff. Will provide support and feedback to residents and family members as well as work closely with physicians, pharmacy and Director of Nursing. This position will provide vacation and sick coverage for staff on both the Day and PM shifts as needed.
C.N.A., Part-Time:
Responsible to assist residents with ADLs and activities as needed. Opportunity to utilize time management, customer service, and multi-tasking skills. This is a part-time position scheduled every other weekend on PM shift.
Activity Director:
We're looking for a dynamic individual to be our Activity Director. You will be responsible for working with assisted living residents and implementing social, recreational and stimulating programming which includes quality customer service, and meeting the residents' physical, mental, emotional, and spirtual needs. This position is part of the communities management team and is salaried/exempt position. You will create, plan and implement all functions for the activities department in cooperation with the Executive Director. Create a monthly newsletter content and calendar. You will be charged to help develop and grow our community volunteer program and outreach to the community. Supervises activity department staff of two individuals. Maintains and works with in departments budget.
